International Foundation for Training and Development

The International Foundation for Training and Development (IFTD) is a civil, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusive development and meaningful civic engagement. Founded on the principles of democracy, human rights, and educational advancement, IFTD serves as an open platform for individuals and communities seeking to build a more informed, tolerant, and participatory society.

Our Mission

We are committed to defending the right to development and
empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to actively
and positively participate in their communities. Through targeted training
programs and workshops, we foster a culture of civic responsibility, critical
thinking, and cross-cultural understanding.

What We Do

At IFTD, we believe that sustainable development and civic engagement go hand in hand. Our work centers around three core pillars

Education & Training

We design and deliver high-quality educational programs that address pressing social, developmental, and human rights issues. Our training modules are grounded in experiential learning and tailored to diverse audiences.

Civic Education

We conduct workshops and outreach activities that promote civic values, democratic participation, and youth empowerment. These initiatives are designed to strengthen civil society and encourage active citizenship.

Intercultural Dialogue

We advocate for tolerance, coexistence, and the acceptance of diversity by creating safe and inclusive spaces for dialogue. Our programs encourage mutual respect and understanding across cultures and communities.
